Pierre Abadie Lacourtoisie graduated with an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France, one of the top business schools in Europe, and has 10 years’ experience working in Luxury and Cosmetics Category in Asia. His sound experience in Product and CRM marketing at both strategic and operational levels has equipped him to develop relevant and engaging online communications for consumers. For the past 4 years he has been leading the regional Digital Marketing & E/M commerce Strategy and Digital Contents marketing at Estée Lauder APAC. His achievements include:
– Estee Lauder China is ranked the #2 prestige brand in the L2 Think Tank Digital IQ index in China;
– Estee Lauder was the 1st International Cosmetics Brand to launch LINE in Japan and Taiwan with high engagement;
– Estee Lauder Hong Kong received in 2014 “The Best Use of Digital Media” Award for the Micro essence Campaign, held by Apple Daily;
– Estee Lauder China launched in 2014 the only 100% Estee Lauder authentic store on Tmall.
