Cyril is the Chief eCommerce Officer for Greater China at Publicis groupe and co-CEO at Performics. Based in Shanghai office, he runs the Publicis Commerce practice in China.

Cyril has more than 12 years eCommerce and Digital experience in China. Local and international companies came to rely on his eCommerce and digital marketing expertise. Cyril creates their successes in either optimizing or creating their digital & eCommerce presence in China. He has helped successfully launch or grow over 20 major brands in the last 5 years only. Cyril has been cooperated successfully with Beiersdorf, Moleskine, Nestle, Sanofi, Bacardi, Heineken, Siemens to name a few.

Cyril is a regular well-respected speaker and trainer at various digital and eCommerce conferences. He hosts high-level training sessions on the Chinese eCommerce and Digital ecosystems in China and around the world. Cyril is teaching eCommerce and Digital Marketing to executive MBA students as well. He holds a Master degree in IT & Mathematics. He is native in French and fluent in English, also has a good command of Chinese. 

Michael has more than 35 years experience of managing retail and branded businesses across the world. He has worked with Gap Inc, Marks and Spencer, Timberland and Adidas.

He was Chief Retail Officer of Adidas Group, leading and orchestrating its expansion and driving it to become the beacon of the Brand’s distribution before becoming responsible for Point of Sale across all channels globally. After a short stint transforming Charles Tyrwhitt as CEO in London he has now invested in and runs a start-up retail  data analytics/AI  company called REBO based between Germany and India.
